QUICK HELP LIBRARY

A few things to try first.

Wi-Fi running slow?

Restart the modem and router once, move closer to the router and test one device by Ethernet if possible. Don’t factory-reset equipment until you have your provider login details.

Computer will not start?

Check the power, outlet and charger first. Disconnect non-essential USB devices. If you notice a burning smell, a swollen battery or liquid damage, stop using the device and contact us.

Camera is offline?

Confirm power and Wi-Fi first. Note any indicator lights, app message and the camera model before you reach out.

Before a remote support session

Save your work, close private documents you do not want viewed and stay present. Share a temporary support code only during a session you requested.

Starting a DIY build?

Send a product link, a photo of the space and what you want the finished project to do. We can review the parts, tools and practical next step.
